Sewage Treatment Plant Maintenance
Our team will carry out regular checks on the Sewage Treatment Plant to ensure that it is functioning efficiently and effectively. If any issues are found, our team will take immediate corrective actions to resolve the problem and maintain the smooth functioning of the plant. We have expertise in treating wastewater through SBR, MBR, MBBR, ASP systems.
By having a well-maintained sewage treatment plant, we can help to reduce the environmental impact of the complex and promote sustainable living practices. It also helps to ensure that the treated water is safe for discharge into the environment, thereby reducing the risk of water pollution.

Roles & Responsibilities
Our trained STP Operator shall be available at Rose Garden complex from 08.30 AM to 08.00 PM
- Daily Monitor the Readings and maintain the log records.
- To keep the pump & pump room in clean & good working condition.
- Carryout the routine check for the pumps, reductions gears, And Air compressors.
- Cleaning of the Bar Screens and removal of the floating bodies from the Equalization tanks.
- Maintaining the uniform airflow.
- Maintain the chemical dosage level.
- Regular back wash of the filters.
- Daily check of Blower and associated equipment
- Weekly off will be given to the Operator as per the schedule
Swimming Pool Maintenance & Water Body
Maintaining a clean and hygienic swimming pool is crucial to ensure the health and safety of the residents. Regular cleaning and chemical treatment of the Pool are important to keep the water free from bacteria and other contaminants. The management of fountains, waterfalls and KOI ponds also requires attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the water filtration and circulation systems to keep these features functioning properly.
Roles & Responsibilities
- It is the duty of the Swimming Operator to clean the Swimming Pool on regular basis.
- He should ensure that the pool should be maintained nicely by doing proper chlorination.
- Regular back washing of the pool should be done.
- Daily vacuuming needs to be done.
- He should scrub the pool so that the algae can be removed.
- The Skimmer Box (basket) which should be checked DAILY to remove any debris. This will allow the pump & filter to work correctly.
- He should maintain a log book to check the water quality.
- Operator should be available to carryout administrative works as well as monitoring additional ongoing project works.
Weekly off will be given as per the schedule.
